TPConsulting was established in 2018. With over 11 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing, Rob Zoontjens established TPConsulting, focussing on interim, counsel and consulting solutions.

After obtaining master-degrees in Taxation and Accountancy & Business Control at Tilburg University, Rob started working with PwC as a transfer pricing expert. After having worked as a transfer pricing consultant within a big-4 accounting firm for over eight years, Rob joined the pharma industry as a transfer pricing director. Within Teva Pharmaceuticals, he was responsible for transfer pricing in Europe. With operations in most of the European countries, Rob gained lots of experience in finding practical solutions to tax and transfer pricing queries in the area of operational transfer pricing, TP planning and compliance, covering many different topics like structuring, M&A, (BEPS) compliance, operational TP, tax/TP automation, supply chain, business restructuring, tax-treasury projects and (IP) valuations.
