Reviewing headquarter cost allocation including developing IT model that covers cost pool, time tracking and many different allocation keys
Responsible for negotiating and implementing many rulings/APAs with authorities and coordinating multiple tax audits
Establishing a roadmap for transfer pricing compliance covering 250+ entities including buillding database and IT models based on which information was easily gathered from ERP & HR systems
Creating transfer pricing policy and TP manual that unifies pricing methods and assists calculations and mapping GARP accounts
Establising country-by-country processes & reportings, alligning input with other reportings and preparing audit files for future use
Preparing and implement project plan which alligns your TP policy and documentation with these new standards
Coordinating operational aspects of Tranfer pricing, including assisting colleagues, facilitating calculations and preparing required automation
Conducting/coordinating valuations of businesses and intangibles and transfers thereof and their related value drivers
Coordinating and conducting supply chain analyses/discussions with all responsible tax & business teams
